Mission Farewell

Carol's mission farewell was Sunday February 22nd 2009. It was a wonderful program. One young lady leaving for her mission to Spokane Washington spoke. Then Carol and her daughter, Bobbi, performed a beautiful musical number, "A Child's Prayer". Then Carol spoke to the congregation. She spoke about what she's grateful for. Among these things were the gospel, her friends and her family. Afterward, many family members stayed for her setting apart. Then we gathered at Rick's home for a family party. It was a special night. At the end we rushed to get last minute pictures of the grandkids with Grandma. We had a wonderful evening and wish Mom and Grandma the best!
